3661124 - "CORBA error while communicating with the SL Service...NO_RESPONSE:1.0" while refreshing a Web Intelligence Document

Symptom

  • When trying to refresh a web intelligence document based on Bex Query, the prompt window is not loading, and error appears:

    "CORBA error while communicating with the SL Service: IDL:omg.org/CORBA/NO_RESPONSE:1.0"

  • The issue started to occur after the upgrade to BI 4.3 SP4 Patch 11 or Patch 12.
