Resolution
Our Engineering Team have investigated this and confirmed that this is a limitation of the cookie manager feature. The reason being that in order to determine whether Google Tag Manager should run on the Job Postings page, we must first check the user's cookie consent status, so Google Tag Manager can only appear after this.
