3661158 - Attachments in RFQs not included in supplier emails in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In the RFQ process within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, documents such as Excel sheets, technical specifications, and drawings can be attached to RFQ documents. However, these attachments are not included in the outgoing email when the RFQ is sent to suppliers.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create an RFQ document in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
2. Attach supporting documents such as Excel sheets, technical specifications, or drawings to the RFQ document.
3. Send the RFQ to suppliers via email.
4. Observe that the attached documents are not included in the outgoing email.

Attachments uploaded to RFQs are stored in the document record but are not automatically distributed via email. This behavior is expected system functionality and is not classified as a bug.
