3661201 - Unable to filter Bidders by Purchasing Group in Manage RFQs app

• In the "Manage RFQs", when creating an RFQ and selecting suppliers, the bidder proposals selection popup currently provides filters such as Supplier, Purchasing Organization, Name, Phone/Mobile, Email, and Country/Region.
• There is no option to filter suppliers based on Purchasing Group.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage RFQs" app.
2. Create a new RFQ.
3. Select suppliers in the bidder selection popup.
4. Observe that the available filters include Supplier, Purchasing Organization, Name, Phone/Mobile, Email, and Country/Region.
5. Note that there is no option to filter suppliers based on Purchasing Group.

• This is standard system behavior.
• The bidder selection search help in the Manage RFQ app does not currently include Purchasing Group as a filter criterion.
• Supplier search is limited to general supplier master data fields and purchasing organization, but not purchasing group.

1. Add bidders manually by typing the supplier names directly into the supplier field or by selecting the supplier from the generic search help.
2. Use the "Get Bidder Proposals" button to check whether there are any suppliers for the selected materials and the selected purchasing organization. The system proposes a list of suppliers that have delivered the required materials or services for the selected purchasing organization in the past.
