3661255 - ICF - Authorization checks for object S_DEVELOP and field OBJTYPE-DEBUG performed when opening web applications in ABAP

Symptom

  • When opening ABAP web applications (e.g. via the Fiori Launchpad), a SU53 authorization check for object S_DEVELOP and field OBJTYPE-DEBUG is performed at the backend for the user that has logon;
  • SU53 shows 'Result of Authorization Check' message "Authorization check not successful".
