3661296 - Unable to maintain new entry in view of VCFIN_SOURCE_SPL using SM30

Symptom

In CFIN source system, it is not able to edit or add new entries in the view of VCFIN_SOURCE_SPL.

The "New entries" option is grayed out in the view of VCFIN_SOURCE_SPL when it is accessed via T-code SM30.

There might exist message "No entries exist, double-click for long text. Message no. SV065."
