3661325 - Planner group plant cannot be updated due to revision plant in IW21/IW22

• When attempting to change the planner group plant field within a maintenance notification, the field reverts to its initial value after pressing 'Enter'.
• The description associated with the planner group plant field updates to reflect the new value, but the planner group plant itself does not change.
• The issue occurs unless the revision plant field is updated first.
