Symptom

When enabling new candidate experience, default status trigger emails will be sent to candidate recurringly every time customer edits the application in Default status and saves again.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable the new Candidate Experience.
  2. Configure a default status trigger email for candidates.
  3. Apply for a job as a candidate.
  4. Candidate receives default status trigger email.
  5. Update the application and save
  6. Observe that the default status email is triggered again for both the candidate.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be delivered as part of 2511 release.
