CDS Views I_WorkCenterProdCostCube and I_WorkCenterProductCost are not released.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In View Browser app, when searching for a CDS View, there are two columns "Key User Release State" and "Cloud Dev. Release State":

• Cloud Development State column shows if the CDS View is released for custom development in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ABAP Environment. (This will be applicable for the 3-SL for Cloud ABAP environment for Developer Extensibility)
• Key User State column shows if the CDS View is released for usage in Key User applications, for example in Custom CDS Views app.

If a CDS View is "Not Released" in one or both columns, this means that it's not possible to use it for that purpose (Key User Extensibility or Developer Extensibility).

CDS Views I_WorkCenterProdCostCube and I_WorkCenterProductCost are not released.

It's not possible to use Not Released CDS Views in S/4HANA Cloud system. For missing functionality,  it's suggested to raise Feature Request following KBA 2963059 for details.

Besides, it is suggested to use Event-Based CDS Views for Manufacturing Orders instead.
