Symptom
- The program /AIF/SERIAL_GET_ROOT_MSGS encounters runtime errors / dumps when processing more than 1000 GUIDs.
- The following error messages are observed for the majority of cases:
- DBSQL_STMNT_TOO_LARGE - "The Open SQL command is too big."
- TIME_OUT - "Time limit exceeded"
- CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
- The issue occurs when the report is started for interface with large amount of single index table entries, and corresponding serialization table entries.
- Large amounts of warning logs for in-process AIF Messages observed: "A predecessor exists (with MSGGUID <...>); message cannot be processed", and the report is executed for these AIF interface messages to find the root predecessors.
