Symptom

Dynamically generated approval links in SAP CPQ use the "http://" protocol instead of "https://".

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Use the standard CTX formulas in SAP CPQ approval notifications: `<*CTX( Quote.Approvals.ApproveQuoteLink )*>` and `<*CTX( Quote.Approvals.RejectQuoteLink )*>`.
  2. Generate approval links dynamically.
  3. Observe that the links are created with the "http://" protocol instead of "https://".

Resolution

Please contact SAP CPQ Support to enable a backend parameter to resolve this issue.
