3661657 - Microsoft Teams Quick Action Request Time Off field alignment mismatch between SuccessFactors application and web browser

Symptom

When using the Request Time Off Quick Action, there is a mismatch between the fields displayed in Microsoft Teams and those shown in the SuccessFactors web browser.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SuccessFactors instance.
  2. Click on Request Time Off Quick Action.
  3. Compare the fields displayed with Microsoft Teams – they are not the same.

Cause

Engineering is already aware of this behavior and is working on correcting the field display to ensure consistency.

Resolution

A fix is planned for release around October 2025 to align the UI and make the fields display more consistent across Microsoft Teams and the SuccessFactors web browser.
