3661718 - Store S00148 (Default profile) shows message 'No Store Available' in the Configuration & Security Analysis application for JAVA Systems

Symptom

When checking the S00148 content in the Configuration & Security Analysis - Administration tool for a JAVA Managed System, the data is not available, even though the collector status is green.

  • The following message appears in the Return Codes / Messages tab:
    • Return code: 0 - No data available
    • Technical details: EXS_RUN_RC_TEXT: No data available
  • The agent logs also show the error message "No result stores could be created for system [ExSID]" when checking the store data collection.
