3661733 - Conflicts tab is raising authorization error

When attempting to access the Conflicts page in your SAP Central Business Configuration to review Parallel Line conflicts, an error message is displayed:

Your user is not authorized for this action. Please contact the system administrator to assign the required authorization role.
