3661740 - 'Move To' Option is grayed out when attempting to move an optimized story between folders in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The "Move To" option is grayed out when attempting to move an optimized story between folders.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Entreprise) 2025.14.14

1. Login to SAC
2. Open the folder where the story is located
3. Attempt to move the story to another folder, by selecting the story checkbox -> clicking on the "Folder Actions" button in the Top bar.
   >> Observe that the "Move To" option is grayed out.

• The 'Custom role' is missing "Delete" permission on the "Public"/"Private" file.
• Note:
  By design, SAP Analytics Cloud considers the "Move To" operation as a combination of deleting the story from the original folder and adding it to the new folder. Therefore, the "Delete" permission is required for the move action.

• Add "Delete" permission for "Public" files, to enable stories to be moved between public folders.
• Add "Delete" permission for "Private" files, to enable stories to be moved between private folders.
  
  Note:  If this does not align with the intended purpose, request that the "Move To" action be controlled by a separate permission that does not require "Delete" rights: An enhancement request (ER) has been submitted to the Idea Place about this option for future considerations : ER - Enhance Folder Security: Allow Content Movement Without Delete Privileges
