3661756 - Users with limited access via BTP roles are unable to delete comments in Sustainability Control Tower

• When users with restricted access try and and delete comments in "EU Taxonomy Processes" and in "Manage Comments" under "EU Taxonomy Administration", the comment appears to have been deleted, however, after reloading the application, the comment still exists. 
• When checking event logs, the following error is seen: "The user does not have access to DELETE".
