3661818 - PCC : Validation rule SBP-US-C005-Employees with no base payment but with payments through IT0014 or IT0015 is not working properly

Symptom

  • Validation rule SBP-US-C005 is picking old employees (retirees) who were never in the current payroll period and showing them as alerts.
  • The rule generates alerts for employees whose payroll was not executed in the current payroll period.
