3661876 - Missing PDF Data in Related Attachment Monitor

Symptom

  • Related Attachments Monitor do not display the data of PDFs generated from Related Attachments.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Survey work center.
  2. Open the Related Attachments work center view.
  3. Enter a survey ID or survey name.
  4. Click "Go."
  5. Select images and click "PDF."
  6. Go to the "Related Attachment Monitor" work center view.
  7. Generated PDF Attachments are missing. 

Cause

  • Attachments older than 30 days are not available for download due to system limitations. 

Resolution

This is expected behaviour, attachments downloaded within 30 days are only available.

Ensure attachments older than 30 days are downloaded again, as they are not retained by the system.
