3661919 - workflow inactive error due to incorrect start conditions in APP Post Group Journal Entries

Symptom

Workflow in the client is not triggered and displays the error message: "Workflow is inactive, please use create". The workflow configuration uses "AND" predicates for multiple consolidation unit values, causing the workflow not to start. Error code: FIN_CS_MESSAGE654.
