3662061 - Inspection lots missing in app F3365 - Record Inspection Results in Table Form

Symptom

The application Record Inspection Results in Table Form does not display inspection lot with origin 03(Production).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the application Record Inspection Results in Table Form.
  2. Search for inspection lots with origin 03.
  3. Observe that no results are found.

Cause

The "Record Inspection Results in Table Form" application can't be used to enter results for inspection lots that include inspection points with origin-03.

Resolution

For result recording for inspection lots with inspection points the Application Record Results for Inspection Points or the visually harmonized application Record Inspection Results - Hierarchical Worklist (QE51N) can be used. 

Furthermore, inspection lot is also not visible in app Record inspection results in table form (F3365) if:

  • Inspection lot is cancelled.
  • Usage decision had already been made and there are no outstanding long-term characteristics.
  • Inspection lot is generated from Shop floor routing.
