3662068 - Time Sheet UI: Allowance validation not triggering when adding them via Create Tab

Symptom

  • When adding a new allowance in the Time Sheet UI via Record button, the Allowance Value is pre-filled with 1. If changed to 0, an error validation message appears: "Enter a value in the Allowance Value field that is greater than zero."
  • The same behavior does not occur when using the "Create -> Recordings" button, where changing the value to 0 does not trigger a validation error.
