3662108 - Delivery XXXXXXXXX - UDSCA Reporting sent twice from SAP ICH

Symptom

  • A delivery had its UDSCA reporting sent twice to a partner from SAP ICH.
  • Error observed during the first instance of the outbound call from SAP ATTP: "SOAP:1023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: (Connection closed)".
  • Error: Communication adapter call failed
  • Warning:
    • Logical port was replaced to ZICH_SCNADAPTER from communication adapter settings
  • Message in ICH

    • Error: Customer Data Issue: bizTransaction:desadv is missing in shipping event, document is discarded 

      Note: The messages had failed in ICH due to missing information in the payload.
