Symptom

  • An issue occurs when attempting to download the Excel file related to purchase contracts. The process remains loading for an extended period and does not complete the download.
  • The Excel file is required for the analysis of purchase contracts but eventually displays a timeout error message: "Unexpected server response" 500 Connection Timed Out.
