3662132 - National ID Portlet: Attachment Name Display Limit in Legacy People Profile

In the People Profile (PP3) screen of SAP SuccessFactors, the attachment name under the National ID Information portlet may exceed the visible box limit, resulting in truncation or overflow.

1. Navigate to Employee Profile > People Profile (PP3).
2. Scroll to the National ID Information portlet.
3. Click Edit or Add Attachment.
4. Upload a document with a long filename, e.g.,
   National_ID_Verification_Document_India_2025_LongFileNameExample.pdf
5. Save the changes.
6. Observe the display behavior of the attachment name in the portlet is exceeding the box limit.

The issue where attachment names exceed the visible box limit in the National ID Information portlet of the legacy People Profile (PP3) is due to a UI design limitation.

This is a known limit as of legacy pp3. We understand that current behavior is not ideal, however, as we are transitioning to a dynamic public view of profile, a Full Profile that consolidates complete employee data, and enhanced user interactions, the legacy people profile data view is being deprecated.
