3662135 - Character Behaviour For Custom Pins On Homepage Of Sales & Service Cloud V2

When assigning custom names to Pins on the Home page, the text is truncated after a certain number of characters, preventing the full name from being displayed.

Sales & Service Cloud Version 2

1. Navigate to the homepage in SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
2. Observe the pin names displayed in the cards.
3. Note that longer pin names are truncated. ( Ending in "..." )

The application design limits pin names to a maximum of 11 characters, with wrapping into 2–3 lines.
Special characters are also not supported in the Title.

This is the behaviour as designed. Text longer that 11 characters can be split into separate lines if desired by adding a space in the middle of the word. However, special characters are not yet supported.
