3662222 - Group Reporting: reference nodes are not imported from excel to the Manage Global Hierarchies app

You try to update a hierarchy in the Manage Global Hierarchies app (App ID: F2918) and you upload an excel file. The referenced nodes are not imported from the excel file.

- Nodes with reference to another hierarchy are not getting updated when importing the file with hierarchy definition.

- Nodes can't be included manually either as you get an error, mentioning that the nodes are already included, when they are not in reality.
