Behavior of "Include Inactive Users" when new worksheet is created
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
Cause
"Include Inactive Users" is enabled when worksheet is created as the same option is enabled in Define Planners.
Similarly, the option "include Inactive Users" is disabled in worksheet when the same option is disabled in Define Planners.
Resolution
This is an expected behavior.
When user creates new worksheet, the option "include Inactive Users" will be visible as Enabled/Disabled depending upon the option selected in Define planners.
