3662238 - Software Download Basket Cleanup – Deletion of Items Added Prior to the 1st of June 2025 – SAP for Me

Symptom

1. Missing Items added to the download basket before June 1st 2025:
  
  Items added after the 1st of June 2025 are only visible in the basket.
2. Download Basket is Empty:
  
  The basket appears empty if no items were added after 1st June 2025.
  
  Users see a “No Data” message when accessing the basket.
