3662256 - Sales order is fully delivered but is still visible in "Create Outbound Deliveries" Fiori App (ID F0869A) - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • The sales order has been fully delivered and its Overall Delivery Status is Completed
  • At this point, the sales order is completed and should not be triggered in any further processing
  • However, the sales order is still able to to trigger the delivery creation via "Create Outbound Deliveries" App
  • The issue allows users to mistakenly attempt to create new outbound deliveries for the sales order
