3662272 - Condition currency and value not updating upon currency change in Purchase Order header

Symptom

Purchase order (PO) is initially created with PO currency equal to condition currency. The price shown in the Item Overview and in the Item Details /Conditions tab is the same.

When the PO currency is changed later in PO Header Delivery/Invoice tab, the Net Price in the Item Details is correctly updated but the Conditions tab still shows the original condition value and currency.
