Hyperlink is not working in Numeric point chart after converting the classic story to Optimized story in SAC

SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD 2025.14.14

1. Log in to SAC
2. Open the affected classic story
3. Navigate to File --> Convert to Optimized Design Experience --> Convert + Save As
4. Provide the name --> Save
5. Open the converted story in view mode
6. Click on the hyperlink created on numeric point chart

Notice: The hyperlink is not working and getting warning "Neither hyperlink nor filters are available when the selected dimension does not support filtering."

• In Classic Story: Hyperlinks with dimension filters are permitted when no dimensions exist in the chart, and the hyperlink will drop the filter if it cannot be created.  
• In Optimized Story: Hyperlinks with dimension filters are restricted if the dimension filter cannot be created.  

Manually turn off the "Apply Selected Dimension As Filter" setting.

• Turn off the setting in the Classic Story mode to prevent the issue.  
• If the story migration is already completed, disable the setting in the Optimized Story mode.
