3662321 - Unknown internal server error occurred after attempting to download a template from the Import Group Journal Entries app

You are using the Import Group Journal Entries app (App ID: F3073) and you try to download a template, but you get an error message like below.

In transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, you see an error that: "A row with the specified values is not contained in the table."
