3662361 - Missing tile icon in SAP Fiori Launchpad Designer

Symptom

Tile icon (for example sap-icon://verified or any other) is unavailable in the Fiori Launchpad Designer.

Attempting to use the icon results in a warning message: "Warning: Icon URI is not valid; it must start with 'sap-icon://:' and adhere to the URI format."

In console log there is an error message encountered: "Validation checks failed."
