Symptom

  • Approve Timesheets (S/4HANA / Version 4) does not display approval items even after records are successfully submitted via the My Timesheets Fiori application
  • The corresponding workflow is triggered and visible in the backend (e.g., SWIA transaction).
  • In the CAC1 profile the option "with approval procedure" is selected and WF task TS31000007 is used
