3662371 - Custom task title max lenght of 128 char - Onboarding

• Custom tasks are not being triggered for Onboardees
• In BPE: Monitor Process page, the task creation process instance is status unfinished and has a backend logs show error:

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to the onboarding dashboard.
2. Look up affected onboardee.
3. See that no tasks have been generated for this onboardee.
4. Go to BPE: Monitor Processes, see that task creation process instance is unfinished and there is an internal error.
5. Support sees the following error in the logs: tringColumn(): max length (128) violated, column 'TASK_TITLE'.

The field length of the title of the custom task is too long.

1. The title of the custom task has a max length of 128 char, if the title is above this then the custom task won't trigger.
2. Edit the custom task title to be shorter than 128 char.
3. Once the title is changed, go to BPE Manage Process Tasks and restart the unfinished process instance.
