3662393 - Unable to view crystal report post migration

Symptom

  • Promoting crystal reports from 4.2 to 4.3 some reports cannot be viewed and throws below error: 

The viewer could not process an event. Error in File Supp CFS Monthly CS Caseload Breakdown: Encapsulating page failed. [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

  • The reports work correctly when opened using CR designer.

Environment

SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.3 SP4 Patch9

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to BI/CMC URL. 
  2. Try to open the migrated crystal report error appears: The viewer could not process an event. Error in File Supp CFS Monthly CS Caseload Breakdown: Encapsulating page failed. [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119] 

Resolution

This issue is not observed in 4.3 SP4 patch 12+
