3662415 - Adding Attributes to the Growth Portfolio for Managers

• Managers are unable to add attributes to employees in the Growth Portfolio.
• In the Growth Portfolio page, only employees can add attributes to their portfolios.

SAP SuccessFactors Growth Portfolio

1. Log into the instance.
2. Open the Growth Portfolio as a Manager.
3. There is no option to add attribute for employees.

Authorized users can view and edit the attributes in others' Growth Portfolio via Team View.

To add the attribute to the person's Growth Portfolio:

1. Go to Team View
2. Click the Edit button
3. Click the Add button > Search for attributes > Add
4. Select employee to assign to
5. And then select a proficiency level for the attribute > Confirm > Done.
