Symptom
In SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) Business Process, configuring multiple event handlers for a single user task results in identical configurations being applied to all handlers, preventing independent configurations for each.
For example:
- One event handler is intended to trigger a reminder notification when the task's due date is approaching (based on Task Creation).
- Another event handler is intended to trigger an overdue notification when the task is past its due date (based on Due Date).
- However, changes made to one event handler's configuration automatically apply to other handlers for the same task.
