3662445 - Inspection lot not displayed in 'Manage Production Orders' app

The 'Manage Production Order' app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is unable to display related inspection lots, which are visible in the Display Production Order app (CO03).

1. Create a production order for a material.
2. Confirm that an inspection lot is generated (check with app QA03 or CO03).
3. Open the Manage Production Orders app and navigate to the Inspection tab.
4. Observe that the inspection lot is not displayed in the app, although it is visible in Display Production Order app (CO03).

The Manage Production Orders app is designed to provide an overview only of inspection lots created with the following inspection types:

• 03 - In-Process Inspection for Production Order
• 04 - Goods Receipt Inspection from Production

If the material is maintained with a custom inspection type, the inspection lot will not be displayed in the app.

This is the expected system behavior.

To display inspection lots in the Manage Production Orders app, consider using the supported inspection types (03 or 04) in the material master setup.
