3662447 - Cannot find parameter icm/SMTP/show_server_header in transaction RZ11

Symptom

With concerns about SAP Note 2045861 - Hiding release information from the SMTP server banner, parameter icm/SMTP/show_server_header cannot be found in transaction RZ11.

Also on connecting to SMTP service, system version seems not to be suppressed even with parameter icm/SMTP/show_server_header set to FALSE.

E.g.:
Running OS command "telnet <hostname> <SMTP service>" returns the following:

220 <app server hostname> ESMTP service ready

Environment

SAP NetWeaver Kernel release 7.49 or higher.
