Symptom

  • During installation of SAP Netweaver with SAP MaxDB, the SAPinst Archive Scan returns following error:
    "Archive does not contain manifest file 'MAXDB/manifest.mf'.

  • The SAP MaxDB downloaded from software center has the version of 7.9.10.4 (Media number: 751054410_7).
