3662545 - All the Products of the Product List are not shown when it is Added in the Sales Quote

When the product list is added in the sales quote, it does not show all the products of that product list.

• SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

1. Go to the Navigation Menu and open the Product List view.
2. Search and open the Product List LMN (where LMN represent the product list name).
3. Go to the Products tab of the product list LMN, where PRD1 and PRD2 are added as proposed products (where PRD1 and PRD2 represent the products name).
4. Go to the Sales Quote view and open quote PQR (where PQR represent the quote name).
5. Go to the Products section and click on action Add from List.
6. You can see product list LMN is shown here, but only with one product PRD1 is available, whereas PRD2 is not shown here.

• Open the Sales Quote PQR and go to the Involved Parties section, here you have maintained the sales unit as ABC1 (where ABC 1 represent the sales org unit name).
• Now open the Product PRD1 and PRD2 of the Product List LMN. Here, under Sales Organization section you will see the PRD1 is also having Org ID as ABC1 but PRD2 is having different Org ID as ABC2(Where ABC2 is another sales org unit name).

    Since the sales area data of PRD2 is different than that in the Sales Quote PQR, the product PRD2 is not shown when Product List LMN is added within the Quote PQR.

This is an expected system behavior.
