3662569 - Custom Tasks Are Created But Not Visible in Manage Custom Task - Onboarding

• Custom tasks created in the "Manage Custom Task" section of the "Maintain onboarding & offboarding task" page are not visible after saving.
• A successful save message is displayed, but the tasks do not appear in the list.
• The tasks are found to be created and available under "Manage Data > Custom Task Definition".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to "Maintain onboarding & offboarding task".
2. Select "Task Settings".
3. Scroll down to "Manage Custom Task".
4. Click "+New Task".
5. Fill in the required details.
6. Click "Save".
7. Observe that a successful save message is displayed, but the task does not appear in the list.
8. Verify that the task is created and available under "Manage Data > Custom Task Definition".

1. Navigate to "Manage Data > Custom Task Definition".
2. Verify that the created custom tasks are available in this section.
3. Add the custom tasks to the offboarding or onboarding program from this location.
4. Once you have added one custom task to a program, they will appear in Manage Custom Task list
