3662617 - Customizing the Employee Date of Birth Sent to BP During Integration/Replication to S/4HANA

During the integration or replication of employee master data from Employee Central (EC) or SAP HCM to a Business Partner (BP) in S/4HANA, there is a requirement to prevent the real date of birth of the employee from being replicated to BP. However, the standard validation requires that a date of birth value is transferred, and modifying the standard code is not recommended.
