3662736 - AS2 Adapter is not working after SP33 upgrade

Recently upgraded NetWeaver to 7.50 SP 33 and not able to send or receive messages or MDN-s with the AS2 adapter.
The AS2 scenarios start failing and following errors can be observed. 

• NWA -> Troubleshooting -> Logs and Traces -> Log Viewer:
  Exception caught by adapter framework: Error occurred: nested exception is: javax.ejb.EJBTransactionRolledbackException: Transaction ended with error, reason: nested exception is: javax.ejb.EJBException: nested exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class iaik.cms.SecurityProvider
   
• In default traces following errors can be seen:
