Symptom

When executing the Employee-Business Partner (EE-BP) synchronization report (e.g., /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE), the system displays the error message "Business Partner XXX already exists." This error typically occurs during synchronization of employees with Business Partner vendors, preventing the creation or linkage of the intended Business Partner for the employee.
