Unwanted text appears under prescreening questions for external applicants applying for job requisitions

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Apply to a job with a pre-screening question
2. Notice additional or unwanted text after the question 

The question on the Job Requisition has a description, which is being appended to the Question

1. Open the Job Requisition and locate the affected Pre-Screening question
2. Under actions for the Question, select "Show Description" 
3. Remove the text from the Description field and save the Job Requisition
4. The affected Job Requisition(s) will need to be unposted and reposted to take effect for new applicants
