3662825 - Dropdowns not opening in quick actions via Mobile App - Employee Central

Symptom

In the mobile application, when attempting to change data attributes using Employee Central Quick Actions, dropdowns are not opening correctly.

Instead, it opens via web application.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login using mobile application.
  2. Navigate to Employee Profile > Actions button.
  3. Select any quick action that has dropdowns.
  4. When attempting to open the dropdown, it does not load.

However, when attempting via web application, it works.

Cause

Resolution

The fix for this issue has been planned to be deployed in 1H 2026 Release. But we're going to update this KBA with news.
