3662828 - The "To Be Hired" value for Position is showing blank in the reports or in the export file.

The "To Be Hired" value for Position is showing blank in the reports whereas in the Manage Position UI it is seen the value is set to "No"

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Position Management

1. Export the Position file from Import and Export Data page
2. Check for some of the Positions, the "To Be Hired" column is blank
3. Check in Manage Position > the "To Be Hired" value for those Positions is set as > No.

This is expected behavior.

A field with data type "Boolean" by default displays it's value as "No" on the UI if no value is selected for the field. As the value is not saved in the database, it is just shown on the UI. However, if the position is exported; the field can be seen as blank. 

The behavior is same in reporting as well.
