Symptom

In the email notification: "Notify Calibration Rating Changes during Session Finalization" Talent Flag rating changes show IDs instead of labels under "Old value", "New value" columns.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration/Succession Management 2505

Reproducing the Issue

Enable email notification: "Notify Calibration Rating Changes during Session Finalization" and use token: [[RATING_CHANGES]]
Change Talent Flag ratings in a Calibration session
Finalize the Calibration session
Check the received email notification: Talent Flag rating changes show numbers instead of labels under "Old value", "New value" columns

Cause

This is Expected system behavior since Talent Flag has no ratings, but standard elements which can be configured as picklist, and the value column stores the option ID instead of value.
